PERFORMANCE ($449/mo) gives you a Treatment Track (choose RESTORE, OPTIMIZE, or REFINE), quarterly labs with a physician check-in, Botox at $12/unit, and 20% off everything else.
Yes. You can upgrade from FOUNDATION to PERFORMANCE at any time. Downgrades are available at the end of your current commitment period.
FOUNDATION: 3-month minimum. PERFORMANCE: 6-month minimum. After that, month-to-month at the same rate. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.
PERFORMANCE members choose one Treatment Track at enrollment: RESTORE (1 Folix session/month), OPTIMIZE (TRT management — testosterone, supplies, monitoring), or REFINE (1 NAD+ 250mg IV/month). You can switch tracks quarterly with no penalty.
Yes. Track switches happen quarterly. No fees, no hassle. If your goals change, your track changes with you.
Yes. Each person gets their own membership. Couples who both join FOUNDATION pay $190/mo total and both save on everything. Or mix and match — one FOUNDATION, one PERFORMANCE.
PERFORMANCE track treatments do not roll over. We encourage scheduling your included treatments each month to get the full value.
One 30-day pause per 12-month period for travel, illness, or other circumstances. Your rate is preserved during a pause.
